Error 1 — no hyphen? Well, technically that's correct: the symbol used should not be a hyphen. But it should also NOT be simply nothing. The correct punctuation in this case is an en dash: 15–17. As for the next hyphen, that one is not needed.
I should have clarified that the second hyphen should be a space.
