Criminal Sentence 366: Your Errors Are Numbered

From a book I'm reading:

"... more than a 1,000 percent"

Oops. Just one of those, please:

"a thousand percent"
or
"1,000 percent"

Remember to proofread!

I'm reading this on February 18, 2011. I can't believe there were no responses to this April 1st post. Am I wrong? Isn't "1,000 percent" an impossibility?

Ah, I see your point. I assumed a context that wasn't given. Mea culpa!
