I had to pass a very basic grammar test to get my job. It was questions like this. I've since moved on from that administrative role, and there are people applying for the same job i used to have who CANNOT PASS THE TEST. As in, my company screens applications, brings them in, they fail the test, and then have to start over with a new applicant.
