Oh my goodness! I get irritated when I see an error in the local newspaper. Almost a week ago (March 23), the Billings Gazette posted on their Facebook page, "Which local businesses do you try and support?" Then they posted the link to an article about local shops. I commented "It should be 'try to support,' not 'and.'"
Actually, I get annoyed at errors in ANY published work, especially books. If I'm noticing a problem it must be egregious and should therefore have been fixed before publication.
