    Wow! I got it right but for the wrong reason. I figured that as 'dramatic' was an adjective, it needed a noun to modify. "She had a flair for the dramatic what??"

    In my view, "a flair for the dramatic" is a common-enough saying. You can use adjectives as nouns sometimes, such as here: "The book delves into the macabre" and "the good, the bad and the ugly."
