Criminal Sentence 330: Time to Check for Redundancies

From something I recently edited:

"Springtime is a perfect time to come visit."

Nothing is grammatically wrong here, but it bothers me that the word "time" appears twice in such a short sentence. Although the words are used differently, it would probably be best to cut one out:

"Spring is a perfect time to come visit."

  1. Also, isn't "come visit" a bit redundant? I'd go with "Spring is a perfect time to visit."
